Gerard brings 20 years of senior management and leadership experience in the energy, resources and professional services industries as well as his military career in the Australian Army. More recently he has been accountable for strategy and business development roles in industries that deliver services to Mining and Oil and Gas in Australia and offshore.

Prior to this appointment Gerard was the General Manager of Business Development at Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Ltd, an ASX listed company with operations throughout the world

Gerard had a number of senior roles including being a partner in the consulting firm of Mainsheet Corporate and an officer in the Australian Army.

Gerard has a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian School of Business (AGSM), UNSW and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
